This is a unique role overseeing the safety compliance as well as customer service in the Rockhampton branch! KEY COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication and organisational skills including telephone manner;
- Previous call centre experience preferably in the food service industry;
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, OH&S regulations and cold storage principles;
- Strong ability to collaborate cross functionally;
- Ability to ensure staff understand and operate to the required Standard Operating Procedures (SOP);
- Great computer skills (including Word, Excel);
- Capable of working under pressure in an exciting team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first and key point of contact for our customers;
- Create and maintain excellent customer relationships;
- Process customer orders and/or enquiries;
- Perform administrative and general office tasks as required.
- Oversee safety programs/initiatives/processes and safety system to ensure certification/accreditation is achieved and maintained;
- Support and conduct internal and external safety audits, relevant to site inspections including all relevant compliance requirements. (ie Emergency equipment, registers, FA Kits);
- Review safety audits results, consolidate key findings, propose and undertake corrective action with the guidance of the Branch & Operations Manager;
- Review and drive Elumina risk management reporting, corrective action close out and task implementation and review.
- Assist and Support in the development and implementation of initiatives to improve site safety and establish best practice through standard operating procedures;
