Customer service representative with work with both our Off-Road and our Sanitary solutions divisions with the Branch Manager. The successful applicant will have good organization and customer service skills. You should be able to follow the logistics of our products, Off-Road Equipment (Quads, SxS’s, Argo’s, snowmobiles), tracked equipment (Marooka’s, TerraMac, Prinoth and others) Sanitary equipment (Wash cars, plastics and other items) making sure it is ready for the customer, on time, and to the highest quality. You will be required to deal with some inside sales responsibilities in a professional and courteous manner and be able to work cooperatively with the branch staff.
Prior industry knowledge of the equipment and equipment rentals/sales is an asset but not required, the right skill set and attitude is a must. The progressive management team is willing to train the right individual on product knowledge to ensure you can handle the product issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

· A customer service mentality, with a positive and congenial attitude
Physically fit to climb on trailers and operate off-road equipment in all weather.
· Be a self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task during high volume call times
· Good communication skills, excellent telephone manner and excellent customer service attitude
· Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Word and Excel
· A team player, able to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
· Possesses strong relationship skills, ability to hunt new opportunities while managing and up selling existing accounts.
· Good organizational skills and the ability to pay attention to detail.
· A valid Driver’s License, clean abstract.

Responsibilities

· Taking orders over the phone, email and or texts
· Assist walk in customers by providing rental product and application advice
· Provide quotes and answer clients questions and concerns.
· Accurately and timely opening and closing of rental contracts
· Maintain billing and invoicing paperwork with branch manager and administrative staff
· Maintain a knowledge of our rental products, applications and competitive information
· Work with the Branch Manager with parts ordering and inventory control
· Follow up on orders and provide delivery updates to customers
· Coordinate equipment movement between branches
· Meet with clients, help hook up trailers and load equipment as required
· Participate in on-call rotation program
· Other related duties as assigned
