As the Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling our shop. You’ll assist with scheduling appointments, explaining our services, processing payments, keeping customers informed throughout the repair process. You will be a key player in creating a positive and inviting professional experience for every customer.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or GED required; additional customer service or automotive knowledge a plus
BASIC COMMUTER SKILLS
Automotive knowledge or a strong interest in learning about vehicle repair services
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
General computer skills & knowledge a plus
