Responsibilities: Provide assistance to customers relating to concierge service, rental cars and hotel accommodation, Confirm catering orders for inbound/outbound flights, Provide ground transportation for pilots/customers, Answer multi-line company switchboard and route calls accordingly Use Unicom communication system, Schedule aircraft arrivals and departures and coordinate with Line Service, Maintain scheduling for lobby area and conference rooms, Maintain serviceability of aircraft linens and dishware, Dispatch and receive fuel orders, Enter fuel and service tickets Service and stock office and kitchen supplies, Maintain security access to ramp, hangar, and offices, Adhere to company Policy and Procedure Manual, Demonstrate loyalty to company and confidentiality when dealing with and/or communicating with and/or customers, competitors, and vendors, Demonstrate professional and positive attitude, especially in adverse situations Maintains Customer Service desk in a clean, professional, safe, and organized manner.
