• Communicating with customers via phone, email, and in person
• Preparing quotes and invoices (experience with quoting software is a bonus)
• Coordinating jobs for digital printing and creating detailed work orders
• Assisting with print production and finishing tasks
• Managing multiple deadlines and keeping projects on track
