Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering calls and replying to emails, and following up on deliveries. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills and have a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and providing them with accurate information regarding their deliveries.
  • Responding to emails promptly and efficiently, and ensuring that all customer queries are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Processing customer orders accurately and ensuring that all relevant information is captured in the system.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role, preferably in sales or customer service. (not necessarily face to face, phone is also fine)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-centric approach and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Working Hours: 9am till 6pm Monday to Friday
Salary:
The salary for this role ranges from £25,000 to £28,000, depending on experience.
