Responsibilities

We’re looking for multiple Customer Service Representatives on a casual basis to help customers plan their journey to ensure they get where they need to be. Before long you’ll also be supporting customers with ticketing and regional travel inquiries. Not only will you have the chance to interact with diverse customers, but you’ll also have the opportunity to be up-skilled to do back-of-house administration tasks and other call types, broadening your skill set.
