Responsibilities
  • Welcoming clients in person and by phone with empathy, professionalism, and kindness
  • Managing appointments, patient check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
  • Keeping records accurate and up to date in our digital systems (Cornerstone experience is a plus)
  • Coordinating communications between clients and the veterinary team
  • Handling payments, scheduling, and follow-up reminders with clarity and care
  • Contributing to a clean, organized front desk and lobby environment
  • Helping clients feel supported during routine visits and tough moments alike
