As part of our exciting expansion, we’re looking to grow our customer service & sales support team with additional Customer Service Advisors, ensuring we deliver the exceptional levels of service required in a modern digital market. Our customers include both B2C e-commerce consumers and B2B trade businesses across the UK and beyond.
PSA is a leading international distributor of Consumer Electronics & IT Products with offices in Salisbury, London, Northampton, Rotterdam, Rhode Island & Melbourne.
We manufacture a range of high-quality IT, mobile & consumer electronics products. We also work worldwide distributing and e-tailing brands such as Duracell, Braun, Oral-B, HP, Acer and many others.
What does our ideal candidate look like?
You will need to have a proven track record with at least 2 years in a Customer Service or Sales Administration role, either face to face or over the telephone. You’ll have the ability to communicate well with both your colleagues and clients, and deal with a varied workload via email and phone.
