Your Future Role

• You will provide first-level support to all customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• You will assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues relating to our website, services, customer accounts, payments, and much more.
• You will take ownership of handling and resolving customer concerns, working closely with other teams within Quadient.
• You will maintain and update our CRM system, follow up on calls and inquiries promptly and efficiently, and ensure all issues are successfully resolved.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you have initial experience in customer service, for example, in a comparable phone-based position or in retail.
• You possess strong communication skills, have a confident phone presence, and enjoy customer contact.
• You are characterized by a creative and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• You work in a structured manner and keep an overview even when handling multiple parallel tasks.
• You are motivated, resilient, and capable of working successfully under time pressure and tight deadlines.
