Randal manufacturers and installs custom store fixtures, signage, and graphics. Our team designs and manufactures custom millwork, seating, and tables – nationally and internationally. Randal Retail works with a number of retail, foodservice, health & fitness and franchise operations. About the role Join a fast-paced office environment servicing clients daily while working alongside internal teams like purchasing, production and sales to fulfill customer needs. The individual that fills this position will excel using their own organization and time-management skills. In this role, the individual will manage customer(s) new store locations through the quoting, production, delivery and installation process. Core Responsibilities · Interact with customers via phone and zoom · Answer customer questions · Solve issues in the field with installation or with deliveries · Direct contact with customers regarding scheduling and changes of projects · Estimate jobs from blueprints · Write orders for specific jobs · Manage inventory levels · Maintain and track jobs through the duration of the project for timeliness and accuracy · Produce quality control sheets for product · Assist and work side by side with Project Managers with day-to-day needs · Material sourcing · Other duties as needed Benefits · Benefits package · Company matched IRA plan · Up to 5 weeks paid vacation · Paid holidays · Summer hours · Company sponsored group outings Requirements Qualifications · High school or equivalent · 3+ years of experience with customer service in a manufacturing environment (preferred) · Basic construction knowledge · Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel) · Above-average with Excel skills specifically · Excellent organizational skills · Excellent communicator · Excellent time management skills · Blueprint reading skills (preferred) · Ability to multi-task
