IN SUMMARY, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WILL:

  • Respond to external member inquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Provide quality service to WFCU Credit Union members
  • Process basic over-the-counter financial transactions for our strictly business members such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, US transactions, money orders and more
  • Complete miscellaneous administrative duties

THE “MUST-HAVE” SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS THAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR ARE:

  • At least 1-3 years prior experience in a customer service role
  • Completed post-secondary education
  • Excellent communication and customer service/sales skills
  • Two to four years of cash handling experience

THESE ADDITIONAL SKILLS ARE CONSIDERED ASSETS TOO:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills while working in a fast-paced environment
