Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Join Real Floors, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative and become a key player in our success. In this office-based role, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and subcontracted flooring installers, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of issues.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Process and manage incoming customer orders via phone, email, and our online portal.
  • Provide clear and helpful solutions to customer inquiries and direct them as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring all order details, billing, and payroll data are correctly entered.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve any issues related to orders and installations.
  • Communicate with subcontracted installers via SMS regarding job site deliveries.
