Contact clients to confirm orders
Quote with available suppliers on products
Have 2 or 3 options in the supplier list
Make purchases of the products
Notify the client about the delivery day, and if necessary, send photos or a description of the product
During delivery, be attentive to coordinate with suppliers and clients
Update ClickUp with costs, details, and supplier contact
Required:
Excellent English
BPO experience
Attention to detail
Understanding of CRM programs
Understanding of VOIP programs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₡2,519.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
