Description
Job Description Standard order management including expedites/pull ins/cancellation/push outs. Support Customer's RMA & other RMA related FA support. Support review of account booking/backlog/billing with Sales. Other ad-hoc support covering free of charge sample tracking for Distis, customer questionnaires & other EHS/technical matters. Partner with Sales to manage all Renesas communications with Distis/customers. Renesas contact for Distis and Sales for any other topics. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or above in any field. With a minimum of 3 years related experience in the field of Customer Operations or Support and/or Inside Sales (semiconductor field). Customer Service process knowledge, passionate in delighting customers by rendering excellent support Knowledge of Order management system, eg: SAP, Model N, Oracle. Fluent in English & Chinese in both oral and written, Japanese language is a plus Must possess strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills. Nice to have’s A good team player with a pleasant and positive personality. Detail-oriented and able to handle tasks accurately and efficiently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Additional language skills such as Japanese or Korean would be an added advantage to support regional customers. Preferably someone who can work well in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.
