Answer inbound customer service calls explaining bills to patients Identify issues with the billing process that may have resulted in patients being incorrectly billed Take payments, set up payment plans, and screen for financial assistance. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Internet Connection: High speed Internet connection (DSL / Cable) capable of speeds over 100 mbps.
