Responsibilities Handling inbound phone calls, digital tickets, live chats and emails from our customers in contact centre Providing high quality service to our customers and help resolve their queries at first contact where possible Processing customer’s requests in a timely and accurate manner Achieving individual performance expectations and development Requirements Excellent customer-service manner, communication and problem solving skills Fluency in Cantonese, and good command of English or Putonghua  Proficient PC skills and willingness to learn A pass in five subjects including Chinese and English in HKCEE or HKDSE or above Minimum 1 year experience in call centre environment or customer service field Those with more relevant experience will be considered as Senior CS Representative Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply
