We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for our client in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This is a long-term contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to provide outstanding support to our clients while collaborating with a dynamic team. The role involves a combination of customer interaction, administrative tasks, and technology-based responsibilities.

• Respond promptly to inbound calls, addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns effectively.
• Manage outbound calls as needed to follow up with customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Utilize SAP software to update and retrieve customer data accurately.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline customer service processes.
• Leverage Microsoft 365 tools to generate reports and manage communications.
• Shadow existing team members to familiarize yourself with workflows and procedures.
• Ensure all customer interactions align with company standards of professionalism and care.
• Assist in onboarding and training processes for new team members as needed.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft 365 Enterprise applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and data entry abilities.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Willingness to work on-site in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
• Adept at learning and adapting to new technologies and systems.
• Availability to work flexible hours as required.
