Routes Car Rentals is one of the fastest-growing Car Rental company in Canada. In recent years, we have expanded our customer base from Toronto the Greater Toronto Area, Southern Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia and the U.S. and are looking for a full-time team member.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Minimum of one year of customer service, retail or sales experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills are a must.
  • Should be passionate and energetic for customer service.
  • Must be punctual and flexible to work different shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers in a professional and polite manner
  • Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs
  • Has to clean cars as well
  • Open and close rental agreements using our software
  • Answer phones and attend to customer queries very proficiently.
  • Effectively resolve all customer service issues in a timely fashion.
  • Perform vehicle inspections upon check out /in.
  • Assess daily reservation and accordingly ensure vehicles are cleaned and ready for rentals.
  • Work as a team player with fellow staff members to expedite the entire rental process.
  • Perform miscellaneous and administrative job-related duties as assigned
