We’re searching for a dedicated, long-term team member to be the welcoming face of our multidisciplinary clinic and the backbone of our daily operations.
Revital Health is a multidisciplinary office offering an array of services including Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Chiropractic, Naturopathic Medicine, and Acupuncture. As an Customer Service Representative, you’ll be at the forefront, managing the front office of our fast-paced multidisciplinary clinic. Efficiency, exceptional multitasking, and organizational skills are a must! We’re seeking someone with a friendly, caring demeanor and a calm, cordial personality capable of managing the stresses of a bustling environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a medical clinic setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and adequate typing skills required.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare sector is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with scheduling.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Familiarity with Extended Health Benefits, Direct Billing via Telus, MVA, and booking programs like Jane or Practice Perfect is advantageous.
  • Legally able to work in Canada.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn new tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Clinic Manager and Team Revital to achieve business outcomes
  • Reception/Administration and client services
  • Billing and schedule management
  • Provide administrative support to clinical staff/Clinic Manager
  • Prepare required financial reports
  • Manage accounts receivable and coordinate accounts payable
  • Prepare supply ordering and maintain inventory of clinic/office supplies
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, email, and faxes
