Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As a Customer Support Representative, you are the first point of contact for our partners, customers, and logistics providers. You provide tailored, proactive support through email and phone, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence.

You will handle a variety of tasks, including:

  • Answering customer inquiries and offering product and order support;
  • Registering and crediting orders accurately;
  • Preparing orders;
  • Handling complex questions and escalating when needed;
  • Managing complaints and coordinating solutions with relevant parties;
  • Identifying process improvements and sharing opportunities with colleagues and partners;
  • Generating and presenting reports to the Customer Service & Projects Manager;
  • Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders about ongoing matters.

The team currently consists of 6 customer support representatives and the customer support manager, to whom you’ll be reporting directly. You’re part of the Customer Team, which consists of two Sales representatives, one Technical Project Manager, the Innovation Manager and the Customer Support team.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have experience or strong affinity with customer support;
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both written and spoken;
  • Stay calm and solution-oriented under pressure;
  • Are detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;
  • Are analytically strong and confident using Excel;
  • Are comfortable working full-time (36 hours per week);
  • Are fluent in English;
  • Applicants must have at least a basic understanding of Dutch, both spoken and written.
  • Are tech-savvy and experienced with tools like Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and order platforms
