JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries with professionalism will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction.
We are hiring both full time and part time employees. Hours of operation are Monday to Saturday.
Successful applicants will be required to go through a security screening process.
Job location is Mount Forest and surrounding areas.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum high school education required.
• Previous office work experience and ServiceOntario experience is an asset.
