Under the direction of our Customer Service Lead, the Customer Service Representative- Salese plays a key role in creating unforgettable event experiences by selling tickets, helping customers over the phone, and promoting our exciting public and corporate events. If you enjoy fast‑paced environments, connecting with fans, and sealing the deal, this role is for you! ---------------------------------------- THE DETAILS * Part‑time, year‑round position * Hours may flex up or down depending on event schedules and business needs ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING * Chat with customers over the phone and help them score tickets to awesome events * Sell tickets for public events, corporate outings, and group experiences * Upsell fun event add‑ons and upgrades (think golf carts and premium options!) * Keep customer records accurate and organized * Make outbound calls to prospective customers and event‑goers * Build great relationships with returning customers and fans * Deliver friendly, upbeat, and knowledgeable customer service every time * Jump in on other tasks as needed to keep things running smoothly ---------------------------------------- WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re searching for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail to every call.
