  • On-site at client facility
    Point2Point Logistics is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Central Houston. This role supports client operations directly and is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 1–2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or related roles
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and problem-solve on the go
  • Must be dependable, professional, and proactive
