POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. From logging and processing new customer orders to ensuring deliveries happen on time, you’ll be the go-to person for making sure everything falls into place. You’ll stay connected with our customers, provide timely updates, and handle any challenges with a positive, solution-focused approach.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Logging and processing new customer orders
  • Monitoring pick-up and delivery schedules to ensure on-time performance
  • Confirming load deliveries and communicating any waiting times as they occur
  • Troubleshooting delivery issues quickly and effectively
  • Staying in touch with customers to provide updates and address questions
  • Coordinating equipment availability and keeping everyone in the loop
  • Supporting your team and jumping in where needed to keep things moving

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1+ years in a similar role
  • Education: Degree or diploma in a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills
  • Leadership: Experience training and coaching operations staff is required
  • Skills: Analytical mindset, great with problem-solving and organization
  • Personality: Positive, professional, and able to handle multiple priorities at once
  • Team Player: Works well with others and builds strong relationships
