We are searching for an experienced Customer Service Representative at our Wilmington, NC facility.

Responsibilities
  • Generate accurate price quotes from customer inputs and in accordance with industry specifications and hardware applications
  • Following up on quotes and gather feedback
  • Processing sales orders with an acute attention to detail and quality
  • Transferring customer nomenclature to HMF terminology
  • Executing internal order management procedures
  • Increasing industry and product knowledge independently
  • Respond and acknowledge internal errors and customer errors
  • Schedule projects in accordance with quoted and committed lead times
  • Helping to create and send marketing materials
