We’re looking for a Remote Customer Support Representative who is proactive, positive, and ready to grow with a fast-moving, mission-driven company. Schedule: Work fully remote, following New York (EST) business hours. What You’ll Do: Be the friendly voice of Sentry by assisting customers via phone, email, and chat. Listen carefully, understand concerns, and provide clear, helpful solutions. Manage customer requests with accuracy and attention to detail. Work closely with internal teams to keep service smooth and efficient. Keep customer records up to date and follow our support procedures. What We’re Looking For: Customer service or call-center experience (preferred, but not required for the right person!). Excellent communication skills — someone who can express themselves clearly and professionally. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Comfortable using technology, CRM tools, and web platforms. A reliable internet connection + a quiet, professional home workspace. Ability to work full-time in the NY/EST time zone. Extra Points For: Spanish or any additional language skills. Experience in transportation, healthcare, or service-related fields.
