Kipp Scott GMC Buick is seeking a Front-End Customer Service Representative to join our Service Automotive maintenance and repair facility.
We are a customer driven, family owned and operated business that has been serving Central Alberta for over 55 years. Successful applicants should have knowledge of modern technology and enjoy an energetic fast paced environment. We specialize in GM but work on all makes and models.

QUALIFIED APPLICANTS WILL POSSESS:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Ability to work independently and follow directions.
  • Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up.
  • Move and park vehicles safely around the lot and in service bays.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the service drive, customer lounge, and lot.
  • Wash and vacuum customer vehicles as needed.
  • Perform light maintenance tasks such as sweeping, garbage disposal, and snow removal.
  • Assist technicians and advisors with vehicle staging and transport.
  • Deliver or pick up vehicles or parts when required.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and provide friendly, courteous service.
