  • Secondary education/ higher education
  • Working experience 2-4 years, preferably in Customer Service or Sales
  • Attention to details and accuracy
  • Organizational skills and high customer orientation
  • Excellent Dutch, English and French language skills
  • Working knowledge and use of Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities
  • Active management of customer orders or customer demand planning (order-to-cash process)
  • Reconcilement of confirmed orders with regard to the production and delivery date. In case of bottlenecks alignment of a suitable solution with the customer and production planning (running internal escalation process if needed)
  • Organization of transports to customers and possible export documents
  • Actively engage with small customers to identify their needs and drive sales to these customers
  • Proactive inventory management and respective discussions with the customer
  • Creation of invoices and support in customer credit note handling
  • Managing customer-related master data and operational price updates
  • Close collaboration with Sales to ensure high customer satisfaction, additional touch points with Production planning, Logistics and Quality
