We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to deliver high-quality support to our clients and internal teams. In this varied role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, manage order processing, invoicing, and credit control, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. You’ll maintain accurate records, handle stock and purchase orders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services. If you have strong communication and organisational skills, a background in commercial customer service, and are confident using Microsoft Office and databases, we’d love to hear from you.
