As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our clients through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and live chat. Your main focus will be delivering a positive customer experience, resolving any issues or concerns, and building long-term relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, processing transactions, and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Educate clients on our various financial products and services, and provide personalized recommendations based on their needs.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues to management in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Skilled in handling and diffusing difficult situations with clients.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with financial services and products is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality.

THE PAY RANGE FOR THIS ROLE IS:

40,000 - 51,000 USD per year(Remote (Portsmouth, Virginia, US)
