Where? 📍JEG Tower, Archbishop Reyes, Corner Acacia St., Barangay Kamputhaw, Cebu City, 6000 Cebu As a Contact Centre Representative, you’ll deliver outstanding customer service and support across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat. You’ll assist customers with reservations, rental support, and general enquiries to ensure a seamless rental experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle new bookings, modifications, and customer queries with a customer-first approach Support customers with vehicle information, upgrades, disruptions, and policy guidance Process payments and accurately update reservation systems Resolve issues efficiently, escalating when necessary and aiming for first contact resolution Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicles, locations, products, and promotions Assist other business areas such as depots and head office when required Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant legislation What You'll Need to Succeed Essential: Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment Desirable: Experience in vehicle rental, contact centers, or tourism Skills & Attributes: Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office, G-Suite, and booking systems Quick learner with strong problem-solving ability Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude Energetic, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement Works well independently and as part of a team Understands relevant legislation and company policies Step Into the Smartsourcing Experience 😄 Smartsourcing was created with one mission: to change lives.
