Description Looking to enhance your customer service skills? SnapLock Industries is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service to our SnapSports customers! The Customer Service Representative will respond to customers in a professional manner, help process orders, stay organized, prioritize tasks, be timely and provide accurate information. Your Day to Day Provide customer with answers to their questions including basic technical and product information via email, text, and phone. Recommend products or alternate products based on customer requirements. Accurately process all transactions e.g. Orders, Returns, Bills of Lading, Invoices, Warranty Processing Obtain accurate information regarding the project and ship dates. Follow department and company procedures. Make suggestions to improve procedures. Attend meetings when requested on site and via Microsoft Teams. Resolve customers’ issues professionally and calmly. To report daily KPI’s and perform other reporting as needed Ensure Compliance with ISO 9001 standard and the 5S Visual Workplace Commitment to 5s What We Would Love About You High School diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service Strong verbal & written communication skills Computer Skills Good problem solving and decision making skills.
