This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our thriving online women’s shoe company in Watford. You will work with the Customer Care Team in this varied role and learn about all aspects of business. Your duties will include:
· First point of contact for incoming calls and emails
· Speaking to customers over the telephone providing support, advice and processing orders
· Processing exchanges and refunds
· Liaising with couriers when problems occur, resolving in a prompt and timely manner
· Providing administrative & clerical support within the office
· Working closely & providing support when needed to other departments such as marketing and warehouse operations
A responsible, “can-do” attitude is essential as well as initiative, great attention to detail and working as a team player. You will need a great telephone manner and excellent writing skills.
Previous experience in Customer Care would be beneficial but is not compulsory. The following skills and experience would also be beneficial, but not compulsory:
