We are currently looking to recruit for the following position:
Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team, reporting to the Customer Service Manager.
Qualifications / Skills Candidates should have great communication skills, keen attention to detail, and be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team. This predominantly admin-based role would suit an enthusiastic candidate who is detail oriented, proactive and passionate about assisting customers through their ordering process. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise workload is essential.
The applicant should ideally have experience in duties listed below and be able to use the reporting packages.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaising with UK & EU Customers / Franchisees
Customer Quote & Order Processing via Soleil online platform or email
Dealing with customer enquiries such as order and stock related issues
Transport Booking and liaising with nominated transport partners and courier services
Liaising with our Warehouse & External Partners
Dealing with Customer Complaints
Processing Customer Orders, Invoices, Returns and Credit Notes
General Admin / Internal Data Maintenance
Desirable Qualities
Experience with Sage X3
Experience with Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Excel and Teams
Basic customs knowledge (Export / Import)
Basic knowledge of international freight / shipping
Experience of working with customers outside of the UK

37.5 hours a week
9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday (half an hour lunch break)
