JOB OVERVIEW:

As a Customer Service Representative at Sora Foods, you will play a key role in processing and managing outbound customer orders. This position is administrative focused, ensuring orders are entered accurately, communicated promptly, and processed on time. Your attention to detail, organization, and communication skills (with an emphasis on email) will be essential in supporting the smooth flow of products from our warehouses to our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • QuickBooks experience is an asset but not required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Any knowledge or experience on retailer portals (Walmart, Sobeys, Loblaws, etc.) is a plus.
