Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Playing a vital role for the company’s vision for sustainable growth, you will work alongside our Business Development Managers to build strong relationships and provide outstanding service to existing and new customers.

  • Provide advice, solutions, and technical support to customer enquiries, promoting products and services with our environmental and social credentials at the forefront
  • Communicate regularly with customers to develop strong relationships and build rapport
  • Manage new projects and product developments from initial enquiry through to successful delivery
  • Prepare quotations and carry out follow-ups to maximise new business opportunities
  • Process orders, record information, and maintain accurate records
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure we meet and exceed customer expectations and achieve the company’s goals
