Speedy Auto Service is Seeking a High-Impact Customer Sales & Business Development Specialist!

About the Role:
As a key player in our team, you will leverage your exceptional sales skills to grow the business, expand our commercial fleet client base, and promote our full spectrum of automotive services. You will act as both a brand ambassador and a strategic thinker, working closely with customers and prospects to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive revenue and build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by onboarding and cultivating relationships with commercial fleet clients and local businesses
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, persuasive communication, and strategic marketing
- Market a broad range of automotive services including brakes, suspension, tires, wheel alignments, exhaust systems, mufflers, detailing, and safety inspections
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients, recommending appropriate services to enhance vehicle safety, performance, and longevity
- Educate clients on the benefits of our service offerings and new promotions via in-person consultations, phone, email, and digital channels
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, customer retention, and market share
- Collaborate with the service and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery excellence
- Maintain an up-to-date customer database, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics
- Organize and participate in marketing events, promotions, and community outreach to boost brand visibility
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Proven success in automotive repair sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in onboarding new clients, particularly in commercial fleet or business-to-business markets
- Strong understanding of automotive services including brakes, suspension, tires, alignments, exhausts, mufflers, and detailing
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and digital marketing tools
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
