Role: Customer Service Representative Location: Sydney CBD Hours: Full time - 40 hours per week. 6am-10pm rotating roster Monday - Sunday (must be available to work flexibly within these hours) About us At Splend, we’re on a mission to fundamentally change the way people own and operate a vehicle. About the role The Customer Service Representative role will act as the first point of contact between Splend and its current and potential customers. This phone based role, based out of our Sydney CBD office, will be responsible for supporting our customer facing team on the ground in the hubs across Australia and the UK, by resolving any queries or enquiries in a timely manner. \n Responsibilities Working to solve customer issues, complaints and questions. Ensuring notes are added to our CRM system after each interaction. Contacting customers to book in their vehicle for a service when it becomes due. Building sustainable relationships and engaging customers by going the extra mile. Working to meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
