SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing outstanding support to our customers. Located in the heart of our store, this role is vital in ensuring that every visitor receives personalized assistance and EXPERT guidance on our unique products.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed information about our offerings.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all customer interactions, positive interactions with our customers is a TOP priority.
• Manage customer accounts and update information as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Handle inbound calls and assist with outbound calling as required.
• Utilize computer systems to add and control inventory as it comes and goes in the store.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with sales processes and techniques is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be a part of team.
• Knowledge in our products is not only an asset but a necessity to be successful in our environment. Nobody can be an expert in everything but if you possess a strong knowledge in ANY of the following fields, you could be a great fit for our team! Looking for people passionate with knowledge in the sports card industry, Pokemon (the TCG game), Magic the Gathering, Lorcana, One Piece and or our newest product line Games Workshop (Warhammer, etc…) .

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
