CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Springhill Lumber Wholesale Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as Inside Sales Support, full-time (Monday to Friday) in person. The successful candidate will ensure customers are provided with knowledgeable services and guidance with their building materials requirements. You will possess superior communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will receive full company paid benefits after 90-days.
Rate of Pay: Depending on Experience

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a sales support would be viewed as an asset;
  • Knowledge of lumber and building materials is an asset but not required;
  • A proven ability to adapt, multi-task, work both independently and in a team environment;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills, logical and efficient, with attention to detail;
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills;
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced demanding environment;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems are considered an asset;
  • Highly motivated;
  • Reliable vehicle is required, as this a non-bus route.

  • Provide sales support to account managers and outside sales personnel in a timely manner;
  • Assist customers with their building materials inquires in a friendly and knowledgeable manner;
  • Assist with sales orders and purchase orders, within ERP software;
  • Communicate with appropriate departments to ensure adequate supply of merchandise is in stock;
  • Respond to inquiries from customers, distributors as required;
  • Perform other duties as required.
