As a Customer Service Specialist, you are the direct line to our customers and ensure that our sales activities in Germany run smoothly. You work closely with various teams and actively contribute to the further development of our customer relationships and the market.

You are responsible for:

• Implementation of the sales strategy in the back office for the sales territory
• Support, advice and further development of new and existing customers by telephone
• Target-oriented market development and market analysis
• Evaluating and processing sales statistics, as well as careful data maintenance
• Introduction and presentation of Kramp's sales channels and services
• Ensuring an efficient and fast way of working
