Job Title: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant- Construction
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Start Date: Immediate, 2-3 months contract

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks, and able to manage both customer and contractor interactions efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and QuickBooks.
  • Previous experience in reception or administrative roles preferred.
  • Ability to start immediately.
Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct approximately 10–15 incoming calls per day in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Respond to and manage incoming emails promptly.
  • Maintain and update records using Google Sheets.
  • Process payments over the phone accurately and securely.
  • Greet and assist customers in person, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Communicate with contractors to coordinate schedules and information.
  • Manage QuickBooks entries and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Perform general reception and administrative duties as required.
