Responsibilities Answer customer questions and provide policy information Assist with policy changes, renewals, and updates Process claims and follow up until the customer is fully taken care of Keep records accurate and up to date after every interaction Pivot conversations when appropriate—identify additional needs and help introduce customers to new product lines Support additional needs by identifying opportunities during customer conversations and bringing them to the right team member Qualifications Strong communication skills and a genuine, helpful attitude Detail-oriented, able to multitask without losing accuracy Prior customer service experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus)
