JOB SUMMARY:
As a team member of Bluebird Storage, this position’s primary responsibility is to provide sales and customer service excellence through best practices leading to customer retention, customer loyalty and a continuous increase in customer satisfaction levels.
EDUCATION:
· High school diploma, post-secondary a plus.
· Min. 1-year customer service/sales experience (retail, sales associate, customer service)
SKILLS REQUIRED:
· English language skills (oral and written).
