Responsibilities

GENERAL PURPOSE

Responsible for becoming the main point of contact for assigned territories to support and maintain our existing business and assist in the development of new business.
Responsible for processing, maintaining and updating customer orders through Storopack SAP and CRM systems.
Process customer orders, changes, credits, rebates according to policy and execute properly.
Provide support to team members to meet the goals and objectives of the company vision and mission.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Facilitate a positive and professional work environment by demonstrating professionalism and consideration of co-workers, excising initiative to offer assistance where and when appropriate.
  • Coordinate daily business activities.
  • Deliver performance reports as required.
  • Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) and SAP system.
  • Perform other assignments as required and determined by the needs of the business.
