  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
  • Operate & follow service procedures, policies & standards.
  • Improve customer experience by enagagement and building relationships.
  • Support the external Sales Representatives and Engineers with enquiries.
  • Represent the company values.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints.
