Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide comprehensive information about products, services, and policies to ensure customers have a clear understanding of our offerings. Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues and deliver exceptional service. Assist in training new customer service representatives and sharing best practices. Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers and team members. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required.
