Suncorp is on the lookout for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our exciting new Contact Centre team in Townsville.
We are hiring Part-Time Customer Service Representatives to join Suncorp’s new Contact Centre in Townsville as an AAMI Specialist.
The start date for these roles will be Wednesday, 27 August 2025.
We’ll be hosting Engagement Centres at our Contact Centre Hub in Townsville on Tuesday, 29 July and Wednesday, 30 July 2025.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As an AAMI Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients across Australia. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional service to new and existing customers
  • Offering tailored solutions to help customers with their insurance needs
  • Meeting and exceeding sales and service targets with a focus on customer satisfactionResolving customer concerns quickly and efficiently

This role is a Part-Time Role offering:

  • Option 2: 30 hours per week - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday, Start window 09:00am -11:00a
