Sundance Balloons requires enthusiastic, friendly, reliable and organized members to work with North America’s leader in Hot Air Balloons.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will answer inquiries and relate information about Hot Air Balloon rides to our many customers and prospects. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who works well with a team but, is also comfortable working on their own.
Duties will include general telephone reception on a multi-line system, Hot Air Balloon Ride sales, promotion and customer service and the scheduling of flights in our custom reservations system. Applicants must have flexibility for all shifts including days, afternoons, early evenings and weekend days. Full and Part time summer positions available with shifts available to year end for those able to continue working. Start date asap! Transportation to our Belmont office is required.
